Cathy, Bryan, Katherine and I attended the Willow Creek Association Leadership Summit this year.  I’ve been to at least a half-dozen of them, if not more.  Each year I honestly get some great stuff personally and professionally.  Bill Hybels reminded us several times over the two days, “When leaders grow, everyone wins.”  The Summit closed yesterday with an amazing talk by Erwin McManus.  So good to hear him...
